Retroarch dolphin audio crackling Oct 5, 2019 · For the past couple of months, I have had a very strange issue in RetroArch. Now I am back to where I began. I have tried changing every imaginable setting, including the audio latency, the frame delay, the vertical refresh rate, and more. Audio is tied to framerate in new builds of Dolphin.
