It did this before and I had the pump dismantled and checked and once refitted it didn't leak but the steering performance was still poor, so I cleaned the mesh filter in the box in front of the radiator. All looked to be good, everything works. Nov 6, 2011 · To remove the clutch on your 3c mk11 remove the battery and carrier, left hand floor plate, heater,front cross member the heater bolts to,bellhousing, you have to unbolt the hydraulic pipes that run over the top of the bellhousing and prop them up to let the bellhousing lift up (engine side) twist round and lift out then you can see the clutch split the sliding shaft undo the pressure plate Re: JCB 3C Mk2 in reply to Pat Moore, 08-26-2003 11:23:12 I dont know if this will help, but I had the same problem.
